6: Donation |

The
adoption fee ranges from $200-$400 for most adult
dogs (decided on a case-by-case basis). This is to help defray the costs of
spaying, neutering, transportation and shots for our
dogs. All dogs are spayed or neutered, examined by a vet, given medical
shots and treated for any medical condition they may have, prior to adoption. Donations above the adoption fee are always welcome!

Please
realize that dogs need veterinary care throughout
their lives including yearly boosters, heartworm and
flea/tick preventative medication, etc. Including
food and grooming the cost of a small dog can start
at $400.00 a year and the cost of a large dog can
start at $700.00 a year. Remember that before you
adopt, this is a lifelong commitment to the dog (8-15+
in human years).
